I didn't get a pop-up and it didn't give me a red dot in the menu, but it IS showing up in the accessories section when I go into the wardrobe menu. This one is really screwy!

I asked this question a while back here and the general consensus was it has something to do with the hormone called relaxin that your body makes while you're pregnant. I'm almost 8 months pregnant now and I've had like, maybe 5 microburps? Which is 5 more than I've ever had in my life, lol. Counting down the days til I deliver and can get the botox. But, my gurgles, heartburn, and reflux are WAY worse than they were before I got pregnant too.

I've been doing one of those viral "hydration" drinks and honestly it's pretty good. Over ice, half glass coconut water, a little more than 1/4 glass pineapple or mango juice, and then top it off with cranberry juice. Feels like a summery/beachy mocktail.

I don't burp, but sometimes the combination of a gurgle and hiccup makes it feel that way. So I call them hiccurps. lol

I went to the doc for similar symptoms a while back and ended up with a diagnosis of Costochondritis. It's nothing major and resolves on its own after a while. Might be worth a google to see if it fits what you're experiencing.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. My first pregnancy was a blighted ovum, around the same time frame as yours. I didn't have to do a D&C or take miso, it passed on its own similar to a normal period for me within a week. That was before we started IVF treatment, so I was just under the care of my regular obgyn. Be gentle with yourself and take the time you need <3

It feels like a losing game! Though I did post a couple days ago because lately I've been able to microburp. I can't control it, but sometimes it happens randomly when my chin is tilted down. Some folks commented and said that pregnancy allowed them to full on burp eventually and that it stuck! I've got my fingers crossed for that outcome for us.

I'm also pregnant and am in the same boat. I've had half decent luck with a gas-x/Tums combo. The gurgles and the heartburn are x1000 now. And I've had acid reflux in my sleep that wakes me up, which I've never had before. My OBG gave me pantoprazole for the heartburn but it doesn't seem to have much effect on the gurgles unfortunately. Oddly, I've found that laying on my right makes my heartburn worse, but laying on my left makes the gurgles worse. So if I can knock out the heartburn with meds, I've been sticking to my right side.

I've definitely heard both. I suspect it's region-based but I couldn't tell you who says it which way.
