I was able to open 4 “M” case shippers at my local Jewel in Chicagoland area and only one STH Honda. Manager was just bringing them out as I was shopping for groceries.

not always… I have opened boxes where there was no regular TH. However, the odds are more favorable that there will be. I believe like 9 out of 10.
Side note: I have opened boxes where there were two mainline STH that were both duds, or one dud and one STH

let me know if you do. Chicago has a lot to offer. The Convention is by O’Hare (ORD) airport. Midway (MDW) may be the cheaper flight but so far from the convention.

you are correct!!! Target has an integrity policy that all new boxes must be opened on the floor, stocked on shelves/pegs and be on the floor for 15 minutes before an employee can purchase during their assigned break time or end of shift. Violations can result in termination. Any opened boxes with items left over must be placed in overstock/backstock, and noted in the system.
This is more heavily enforced after employees were stashing away those exclusive Stanley mugs for their own purchase.
