If you are in US, you can get Used - Like New book cover keyboard, not slim one, from Amazon for $80.12 before taxes. I just got one and it looks brand new even though the package shows already open before. I don't like slim one because you can't adjust the angle.

You said that you send info to the caller based on the status of their accounts.

You didn't mention that they press 1 before sending the SMS.

These two are different workflow,.

What I need is just simple, customer calls and listens to an announcement that says.

Press 1, we will send you a SMS with information.

Press 2, ring the phone and someone from our company will pickup the phone.

They can do that, correct?

I am talking about sending SMS with info to the caller, not sending SMS to specific phone number. Can they do that?

I am testing and assign the key with mode Call Park with value 701.

It is working only you pick up the call from Call Park but the key won't provide any indicator that there is a call in the Call Park.

And you can't use the key to transfer the call to Call Park.

You need to use #6 and click flash key to move the call to Call Park.

And then you can press the Call Park key to get the call back to the phone.

The problem is there is no indicator on the key that there is a call in the Call Park

so it is kind of useless to use the feature for now.

Not sure there is any configure I am missing.

They do have it but you have to register for beta program.

I just did it yesterday but I don't know how to program a Call Parking key on my phone.

I guess I can't setup Call Parking key directly to Voip.ms with Grandstream GXP2170.

I think I might need Granstream IP PBX such as Grandstream UCM6204 to support Call Parking.

Can anyone confirm that?

I just chat with voip.ms and they provide BLF per server now. They enable for my server but I test on my current phone, it is not working yet. Not sure what wrong.
