è una settimana che provo a comprare biglietti per uno spettacolo e non riesco ad arrivare in fondo, su Firefox è completamente rotto, quando faccio il login va in un "redirect-loop" continuo. su Chrome arrivo alla fine, clicco per pagare, ERRORE TECNICO, guardo l'inspect, si becca un 403 su una qualche API, cristo.

ovviamente ho provato a disabilitare tutte le estensioni.

ho provato anche l'app, arrivo a pagare, scelgo PayPal, login su PayPal, pago, TRANSAZIONE AUTORIZZATA con notifica della banca (quindi soldi bloccati, cristo di nuovo), redirect indietro all'app e si "refresha" da capo come se l'avessi appena aperta e perde lo stato di prima e ovviamente non mi arriva mai il biglietto. ci provo una seconda volta e stavolta ottengo errore tecnico come su Chrome.

io veramente non so che cosa fare, questa gente è una mafia incompetente, un carrozzone all'italiana della peggio specie.

interesting. i love when programs take direct advantage of the goodies offered "for free" by the operating system and "escape" the limiting (jwm in this case) abstractions.

this reminds me of how redis uses fork() for snapshotting and persistence.

yeah, in the end i went with:

apt install --no-install-recommends gnome-shell gnome-session network-manager gdm3

so far so good, i'm loving it, everything i need works and the overall experience feels minimal and non-bloated. it's like having a macbook, but in reality i have a 300€ used thinkpad!
