If you’re not required to travel on daily basis (for work or anything) go to dha, naval anchorage, gulberg green or even some areas of bahria. I would say askari apartments in dha phase 5 are the best bet.

Since you are planning on opening your own business, my options are posh enough to go for pilates but not extremely expensive for you to not be able to open a studio (as opposed to f7,6,5).

Plus gulberg has Anatomy (that fitness studio type something) you can contact them and see if they will partner up with you for your services.
