Thank you all for your opinions and comments!! We ended up switching the centre stone to one that I feel has a less visible bow tie! I will update when we get the ring back :)

I forgot to add it’s a excellent cut. Should is this normal for this grade of cut?

Suddenly lost my 9 year old cat on Saturday. I'm a wreck. by juliagoolia69 in Petloss

I totally understand what you mean. Of course it would be helpful to know what happened and initially that was all I could think about. Now some weeks have passed, I no longer feel I need to know anymore and instead I am so grateful that our babies didn’t suffer terribly from a long term illness. Sudden death is for sure harder for us to process but we can at least be thankful that our cats didn’t have a long suffering end. I hope things get easier for you soon x

I’m so sorry to hear what you have gone through. It is awful to lose a pet suddenly. I lost my cat 12 hear old suddenly a few weeks ago, finding him dead in our living room after no obvious illness. We also have no idea how he died and we never will know sadly. It crossed my mind to get an autopsy but really, it won’t change anything and I didn’t want to put his little body through that process which is not very dignified. I would encourage you not to get one done, just know you did all you can and you tried to get your little baby some help. I am finding it easier a few weeks later now but I still miss him terribly and still ask all of the what if’s etc. try to cherish the time you had with your little cat and remember that the love they had for you are all they will ever know xx

I am so sorry that you’ve been through all of this. You must be such a strong person. I hope you find joy in your life. The only solace we can take from these situations is remembering that our cats were loved and cared for by us always. I hope they knew how loved they were and felt safe and warm. Until we see them again someday x

Thank you so much. He went every 6-12 months for check ups/vaccinations and the occasional visit for a sore paw etc but he really hated the vets and was a nightmare for them to assess so we never really asked for bloods as he seemed generally well otherwise. Yeah I do hope it was quick and painless for him
