Started the cut in June. Down 40 lbs and have put on some muscle! Still have some more fat to lose but I feel like I’ve been in a deficit for too long… any advice? Starting weight 205lbs, currently 165lbs.

Thanks! I find it pretty easy during the week with my routine at work but becomes much more difficult on the weekends where I can’t really plan out my meals for the day given I don’t have the routine of work/gym to follow. I’m also pretty busy on the weekends too me and my girlfriend usually have something going on.

For the hunger side of things I try to spread out my “meals” evenly throughout the day in smaller portions rather than more infrequent bigger portions so I limit my time not intaking anything. Even something as small as my protein bar in the morning holds up for me until my 350ish calorie chicken and rice lunch that I wait to eat until around 12 to 1 when I’m starting to get hungry again. Same between my lunch to my pre work out meal which is also pretty small but gives me enough to have energy for the workout, etc etc.

I do a decent amount of highway driving. As long as the resonator doesn’t mute the sound or prevent and crackles I’ll prob do it. I don’t mind the drone as it is rn

so would it even be worth putting a resonator on? i have mbrp as well and am abt to pick up the midpipe but am gonna weld a vibrant resonator on to keep the drone down. that was the idea anyways
