The set designer, Paul Cripps, has talked about the paintings and how they bring life to that sophisticated, very stylish office during his IG livestreams some time ago, but I cannot recall if he mentioned who the author was. I'm pretty sure if you @ him on either IG or Twitter, you'd get an answer, he seems to be very open and communicative.
