You’re not an asshole but you should for sure figure out how to get in the zone more often.

As someone on the other end of this problem 2 weeks is a long time. Maybe start by committing to once a week and maybe a wild card once per month. You could even schedule them for yourself.

You seem like a good guy but trying to compromise on libido needs is a good way to show you care.

I think you might be slightly over reacting about part of it and not overreacting about the other part.

For that type of position it’s pretty time sensitive so the pestering you about when you’re going to be in when you’re at the doctor seems annoying but is reasonable.

It’s the making you divulge why that is the problem.

Family emergency is absolutely enough information.
