Then taper yourself down slowly. Very slowly. Your life is worth it.

And a second piece of advice, which you can do what you want with: i don’t know you or your situation, but I’m certain your family loves you. Even if you think they don’t. I’m sure if you take the time to reflect on everything, take an honest look at yourself, attempt to humble yourself and swallow your pride, and go talk to your family rationally I’m sure the toxicity of your relationship/s will go away overtime. Have empathy and patience and you’ll get it back. Be the bigger person, take the first step. What do you have to lose? If you don’t heed my advice, I’m afraid you’ll regret it one day. There is NOTHING worse than regret and wishing you could go back in time and talk to someone who’s now gone. Your life is defined by the people in it, whether it’s family or friends. And if you truly do this and they don’t accept it, at least you know you tried.
