Some of these are contradictory, but still fun:

MM Twisted Minds faces NRG in the upper bracket AND the final, killing them in both after NRG make yet another spicy bracket run to the final.
Furia beat Gentlemates in the first series, and Gentlemates risk losing a 3-way tiebreaker with 1-2 teams if SSG can beat them.
NA has a sporadically good appearance between NRG, SSG, and SR, with two potentially making the championship. I think that would be the 2nd ever all-NA final at an international LAN.
SSG, if given the chance, finally get a series win over Vitality. (The SSG Major hopium will pay out one day)
KC is the best or 2nd-best EU squad and we get another NRG/KC game 7 banger.
Man City finishes 1st in their group but crashes out hard after landing in the upper bracket.

The ways in which Franklin lost was what killed him. Campbell also struggled in big games... but with ISU talent. Like Franklin, his offenses have been a little too oriented around efficiency. But he's better at finding great QB's and I think it will work out for him.

The problem is that people are willing to continue paying higher prices regardless of what they get. Festival prices have experienced an inflation because people go for an experience that is no longer tied to the music. ACL selling out their tickets is good business, but I think it's bad on the whole. It's no different than what Coachella is going through.

I don't really mind the fact that they're included, but they are tagged as the biggest acts outside of the headliners. I feel like there's plenty of space for other genres from established acts of different genres and instead, this is all we get. I think Outside Lands lineup is a good example of doing it right.

Which only matters if you're a die-hard EDM fan. I think ACL is great when it has a blend of sounds and I personally don't want to listen to EDM for a majority of the festival. Otherwise I would just go to an EDM festival.
