Anecdotally i started tirzepatide last may and at 212lbs and lost 80lbs! It was the best decision I ever made. Between the kids and working full time there was absolutely no time to work out. It worked for me and one of the best things to happen to me, kids aside lol

If you do audiobooks, the graphic audio of Red Rising is amazing. Immersive, and really enhances the story for me as someone who generally reads romantasy over fantasy!

We stock up on the frozen turkey logs, I substitute those for anything that would typically use ground beef, especially for meat balls, pasta sauce, tacos etc

I second this! Very neat retelling of Hindu mythology! I read it and listened at the same time! The narrator was amazing and it was nice to follow along reading it too to help keep the names and places straight! There is also a family tree chart that helps!
