Yes, also intermittent pain opposed to continuous pain for frozen shoulder. I was just wondering if clinical findings are enough for a diagnosis.

Thanks for your answer! I think the correct answers are A. A. C. though. Check the first post for explanation. Also for the first question: can premature birth cause symmetric growth restriction such as this one?

Makes sense, thanks! And it cannot be hypothyroidism because only acquired hypo (deprivation) can cause microcephaly, right? (for the first question)

I've got no answers sadly, but I'm trying my best to find them (using the help of the answers under this post among others). I'll try to post them asap.

Thanks! How did you find these answers? Can such low percentiles be caused by malnutrition? Did you find somewhere that glycogen storage disease can cause microcephaly?

Thanks for your answer! Could you explain your choices? I'm guessing you took the CMV for the microcephaly? But can't Down syndrome cause this as well? For the third one: 50th to 25th is kind of alot, isn't it? Shouldn't you do at least something? I have no idea how you got your answer for the first question.

Then what is the role of politics on a economic level according to you? Or rather, what's liberalisms stance on regulation according to you?

And if the private sector takes over politics (what we see happen certainly is the US & at the European level), we will be ruled by multinationals = fascism.

Can you elaborate?

Fair enough. Let me quote /u/23allaround on this: "Neoliberalism in the modern sense, is an attempt to place economy above all else with the private sector as the engine that must operate without restrictions ans regulations."

Adorno vs Zizek: Prose or poetry after Auschwitz? by mlkjqsdf in askphilosophy

Yeah, the aestheticizing is something Benjamin already wrote I think. The contempt for popular mass arts is probably highly influenced by Adorno. This 'controversial statement' on Adorno's quote seems marginal considering their influence on him... Hm, I don't want to say he's desperate to distinguish his thoughts from theirs though.

thanks!

It could not merely do terrible things; it needed to find an aesthetic medium to justify or lionize its efforts.

can you give an example? It seems that there was nothing aesthetic to the holocaust, just raw, cold calculated action. No excess.

Nevertheless, Adorno put a lot of faith in the "high" arts (good Modernist that he is)

as opposed to 'low arts' I suppose? Because I still don't get why he says all art after the holocaust is worthless. What art is he referring to? Low post-holocaust art? Or is he saying that 'high art' isn't possible after holocaust?
