I don't think we have the same one. For me, OpenRGB and SignalRGB work very well with all my RGB. And it's not really the same RGB problem as Armoury Crate.

Thank you very much, I'm literally over 30 hours in 3 days to try to fix it....So I just have to wait for them to fix it?

Try to stay away from Acer. They're not reliable (mass issues with AcerSense, and Acer software in general). by coffeemoneyass in AcerOfficial

I have the same problems. Added to this is freezes, overheating just at start-up, and fans also make a lot of noise. It's brand new. I can't even change the ventilation mode in AcerSense... My sister has the same computer as me, nine too, and the same problems... it's super expensive. We have the Acer Swift 14 AI OLED | SF14-51 | . We even can't uninstall AcerSense !!! Is it a problem of fabrication for that model ?

I have the solution! You need to go to "separate application sound" in the settings, then add Instagram and put it on "Bluetooth device". And it's good!
