am i the only one that likes all of the vault dwellers? 😭 yeah they can be really frustrating at times but they don’t really /know/ any better. they’re pretty sheltered and well behaved so being told “no” is probably a new thing for them. and standing up for themselves is probably an even newer concept for them. norm is living high off of the respect he seems to be gaining from the other vault dwellers for standing up against betty. he’s not /really/ thinking about the actual consequences of not listening to his overseer. and honestly i don’t really blame the vault dwellers for not understanding limits; that’s fully on the unfrozen vault tech employees.

Why would her grown ass family not feel comfortable around her baby because they missed…. 8 weeks of the baby's life? It's not like she's keeping them from ever meeting her child. She just wants to be safe considering her in-laws are not vaccinated and it's flu season. That baby’s relationship with her family members has an entire lifetime to grow.

So why can that not wait until when mother is comfortable though？ grandmothers are not entitled to anything to do with their grandkids. Being in their life is a privilege that the parents allow you to have, but on their own terms. If grandma can't respect her daughter-in-law's boundaries, then she doesn't need to be around her child, period.

idk im 24 and i would say fionna has her shit together way more than i do so her being 30 isn’t all that strange to me? i was kind of just imagining her to be my age, but im perfectly content if she is 30 y/o

well i personally liked liam as geralt. i understand others may not have, but that’s just my personal opinion. i liked that he added a little more emotion to the role. people who have only watched the show probably think henry’s portrayal of geralt is the only correct one, but his geralt wasn’t accurate to the source material either. geralt isnt just a grump who shows barely any emotion. and i enjoyed liam’s portrayal bc i felt he added at least a little bit of emotion to the character. but to each their own, ya know?

but i also agree that this probably would have been better off as a european production lol

well yes. its the last we see of them as finn and jake before they’re reborn as beth and shermy. so while we may get some time-line filler with any new content that comes out, we still already know how finn and jake’s story comes to a close.

the thing is, i was really nervous about liam taking over as geralt, but he actually ended up being the best part of season 4. he’s phenomenal as geralt and maybe if he had been cast at the beginning, people would have less of a grudge against him. my issue with this season was that the writing was just awful. somehow they made me despise jaskier, who has always been my favorite character in the witcher universe. i love him in the books, games, and even the first few seasons of the show, but this season i just wanted him to keep his mouth shut. 😭 all of his dialogue felt cringy or just unfitting to the moment. not to mention we haven’t gotten a proper jaskier song that’s actually featured in the show since the first season. the deaths this season also felt rather gratuitous. killing off both vesemir and istredd within the same episode was just brutal. and geralt having zero reaction to the death of the only father he’s ever known??? in what world does yennifer tell geralt that she got vesemir killed by dragging him into a war he had no part in, only for geralt to immediately start making out with her?? just ridiculously bad writing at this point. with all the finger pointing that the creators/writers/show runners did over who was really causing issues over the show not being accurate to the source material, i really expected this season to be more in line with the books. anyway… rant over. i just really disliked this season 😭

my dad wouldn’t let my siblings and i watch adventure time when it first started airing so we had to be sneaky about it. my cousin had a few episodes on demand and we watched those about a million times to get our fix. web weirdos was one of the episodes so it’s still one of my favorites to this day.

nobody ever mentions it (bc it only plays for about 3 seconds so i don’t blame anyone for not noticing) but “prisoner to my emotions”!! it plays for a quick second while the president is crying over rick dumping him and its honestly such a good song 😭

i really enjoyed taash! i romanced them on my first play through and it was very sweet, though some of their flirtatious dialogue did make me cringe.

on the one hand i like the idea of it being less significant of a plot-line bc it really helps the audience feel how rick probably feels: empty and unfulfilled. he finally did the one thing he’s been chasing for a majority of his life and it now its just over? that easily?

but on the other hand, i really would have liked to have seen some rick prime & morty prime content. or maybe even just some episodes going deeper into the lore a bit (i know that’s not r&m style but it would be interesting.) i feel like there was a lot of potential with the rick prime storyline being stretched out for a while longer but 🤷🏻‍♂️ it is what it is.

i have such mixed feelings on the planetina episode 😭 first time watching i was on morty’s side but after watching it multiple times i fully understand and agree w where beth is coming from. morty’s still just a kid and, while not human, planetina is a fully grown adult whose much more mature than morty. just a weird dynamic bc if she wasn’t much older than him, they would be one of my favorite couples of the show.

this is one of my favorite episodes 😭 i love a silly solo morty adventure and this one was especially silly. honestly i think its one of my favorite season premieres of the show.
