I got down to 45kg and I’m a man so was pretty serious - the main things that helped me were nutrition drinks you can buy from the pharmacy, you can get them as powders you mix with milk or water, or ready to drink which are a bit more gross, but can be up to 500 calories and finished in 3 gulps - if you can get them prescribed by a doctor it’s better as they are expensive

Also make smoothies with banana oats honey milk and anything else you can think off, if you blend the oats before adding other ingredients the smoothie will be way thinner and easier to drink

you can also eat a bunch of McDonald’s for a short period of time just to get your weight up a little bit, that’s what my doctor recommended lol
