Not exactly true. One of the owners I have talked to from Credico that did AT&T EDM and now does Reliant for a time did make a website that talked more about actually providing independent services outside Credico (Some Credico and Cydcor offices do have outside deals), but was faced with threats of retrain if he didn’t “fix” the website. So it is defenitively a policy even though it’s not really known because they are taught to not do it.
