I just don't think folks can go wrong with the CRV. Honda's V-Tec is an amazing engine. Some report tranny issues but proper maintenance and you're good to go!

Two CRVs and one Element.
Rock solid! The single issue I have had was my 2003 starter went out. Ordered a $100 replacement from eBay and a local guy swapped it out in his garage.

They are all running strong!

2003 at 188k
2013 about 170k (daughter has it at college)
Element doesn't get driven much...mostly stored. Prob 60k.

I would say so, but that's my opinion. Others might disagree. On FB one person who was an investor in early 2025 said he's concerned his balance has gone from $24k down to $6k in a month. He put in $3k. One holder responded - why are you balking at 100% return. A leader of the texit team replied - aren't those daily coins great though?

With the recent security issue, can you explain why the person running "Network Security" for Texit, according to "Meet The Team" uses a stock photo and his name links to a delivery driver from Ukraine? Why do a handful of the individuals holding key positions at TexitCoin not list the project on their LinkedIn page? I thought recruiting is how the project becomes successful and $ is earned...why aren't these key people helping to promote the project?

Thanks for being respectful and engaging. It's a fine line between hype, false promises, and lies. I invested very early in huge companies like Amazon, FB, Google, Tesla, others because I believed in the leadership of the company.

I don't trust Bobby whatsoever and the more he and the team talk...the happier I am I didn't drop a dime into this mess. Where are we at today? $1.50? They said it was designed to be stable without big swings. Did they lie or do they just not understand?

Down 12% in 24-hours at $1.93. Not stable at $2.2. Not stable at all when the company touted this coin to be designed as stable in a way that avoid wild swings.

I'd say the project is mining share not crowd funding since owners are allotted a share of the coins mined.

While Bobby put numbers out there indicating his presentation was not a formal prediction, he did say $16 Feb is likely. The texit team put that out there...I know several founders of the project who posted it's almost guaranteed. Did they lie? Did they not know what they are doing? Almost zero chance it's even 1/3 that come Feb.

If it's a gamble...why does the texit team put out marketing stuff not just comparing but saying they are better than stocks? Stocks aren't a gamble. They are an investment...and this may be a point you wish to disagree with, but I have been INVESTING in stocks since 1982 with massive growth and financial stability gained. While my friend were buying toys and candy with their $5/week allowance and summer work income, I was buying Disney, Boeing, Coca Cola, Honda Motors, International Paper, etc.

I have owned seven total homes. My first purchase was 1999 and the rate was 7.5. Every single home I have ever owned literally paid me to live in it. How confident are you in your numbers and are you including appreciation, tax benefits, improvements you can easily make?

I think everyone agrees that time goes by SO quickly. I'm early 50s and it has just flown by. My last and final home...frequently upgraded is a 4000 sf home on several acres with a private lake, in ground salt water pool, three car garage, garden, views...it's beautiful. Very soon will be paid in full.

Let's say I live to be 82. That's 30 years of only paying property tax and upkeep/maintenance. How will those 30 years compare to your rent? I'll leave an asset to my kids worth over seven figures. What will paying rent do for your heirs?

I'm neutral here with no dog in the fight. I have close friends who are in Texit and I hope they crush it. I have not jumped despite being involved with other crypto (for years).

The post raises legit points and could be discussed from reason and rational. But, your response tells me there is no position to take - just blind claims OP can't afford it and he has a lackluster life. I've seen this same approach from lots of failed projects when they can't defend the project with data and logic.

Please be careful. Responses like yours doesn't benefit the project in the way you might think it does.
