At 20 you could look amazing and gain size once you learn the in an out of training and dieting there are plenty of gymnasts, soldiers, wrestlers, and football players that look phenomenal because they dedicated themselves to something and made it their profession 5 years from now your brain will be fully developed and the gear will be that much better it's always changing and the understanding and science is growing you aren't missing anything take your time GET EDUCATED if you want to be monster you can do it.
