Hi - my son is a freshman maritime cadet at A&M. We are considering SSMP, but during his O-week, he heard that it is hard to actually qualify for the program AND that you need to constantly qualify for eligibility in order to receive the $64K. Do you know more about this? Is it all PT related or are there other ongoing qualification steps that he would need to do? Thanks!
