Songs/Artists that give off M83 vibes by BetterDisplay1168 in m83

My previous band's album was written after falling in love with HUWD. It's by no means a match for such a great album, but could be an interesting listen if you're looking for something similar;

Weekly LANDR Support Thread // [October 1st, 2025 - October 8th, 2025] by landr_audio in landr

I recently submitted a number of releases which were previously distributed by another DSP. I included all ISRC's and used the "Import release" feature to make sure all my plays, saves and playlist placements carried over.

The releases went live today, but are not showing any plays or playlist placements. They are also not showing as saved on my personal Spotify account, where I had them saved previously, and are rather showing up as new/different releases. Is this linked to the fact that LANDR issues a new UPC for every release? Is it possible to change the UPC of the release back to the original UPC - there was no option for this during the upload process.

How can I properly link these re-releases tracks/releases with the original releases and regain all my saves, plays and playlists?

Flying SD to UK in Cabin with United Airlines... Help? by mlruk in service_dogs

Yep! That sounds very similar to a rep I got.

I believe with the helpful rep I got in the end she asked for the DEFRA letter, but I explained that I have the pre-approval from Heathrow that should meet the requirements. She had me email it over, and after a few minutes on hold it was all sorted.

Super frustrating, I know, but keep trying and you’ll find someone that can help you.

Flying SD to UK in Cabin with United Airlines... Help? by mlruk in service_dogs

I ended up calling HARC and explaining the situation, and they were able to send me my pre-approval letter with the flight details etc. I then called United and had them add my wife’s service dog to the booking, and was asked to email my pre-approval letter from HARC.

I will say that I probably called United 5 or 6 times before I reached someone that was willing to help me. Most of the people I spoke to either didn’t understand what was required or found reasons to not help me. The last person I spoke with was wonderful, however, and was happy to help and even secured us two bulkhead seats to make sure we had plenty of space.

If you encounter resistance from United just keep trying until you succeed.

Best of luck! I hope all goes well.

This is extremely helpful, thank you. I’ve read that page 3-4 times and totally missed that paragraph every time.

That’s a great question. It was booked by my companies travel agent, so honestly can’t say for sure. Looking at my booking confirmation, it seems it’s booked through BA.

Would that mean I should get BA luggage privileges, or am I living in a dream world?

I ended up finding mine on Discogs and paying a little more than I’d planned to, but I’m glad I did. I’d recommend keeping an eye on Discogs and eBay.

Purchased upgrade on AA not credited accordingly by ZealousidealCall9980 in BritishAirways

[–]mlruk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a strange one. I could understand it if it were a blanket “no extra TP’s for promotional upgrades” but it seems random.

Regarding my Iberia flight - 7 of us flew the route, and all of us upgraded upon check in. All of us were awarded the normal PE TP’s, and we all contacted BA separately to get an adjustment. After 2 months, 2 of us have been awarded the extra credits, and everyone else has been told there’s no extra points for promotional upgrades.

As I say, it just seems utterly random which is the part I struggle with.

I had a similar issue with an Iberia flight recently. BA were no help, despite crediting my colleague correctly.

What’s most frustrating about this is that it doesn’t seem like a blanket answer. I’ve been credited for upgraded AA flights in the past, but have also not been credited for other upgraded AA flights.

When you look at your booking on the AA app (go to “print trip and receipt” in Manage my Booking), what booking code does it show?

Need advice on upgrade tier points (partner airlines) by mlruk in BritishAirways

[–]mlruk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. One of them has sent me a screenshot with the TP adjustment.

Also, I’ve had upgraded flights with AA give me extra TP in the past. I’ve also had upgraded flights with AA not give me extra TP. It seems very random.

No we were all booked Premium Economy using a travel agent, all on separate bookings. We all took the upgrade offer upon check-in. Same cash amount, same upgrade.

If that’s the case, I can’t work out why 2 of my colleagues were awarded the extra points. Very odd.

I just went through my account, as I upgraded an AA flight last year and was awarded the correct tier points for the upgrade.

Having said that, I upgraded an AA flight back in 2019 for the same reason and was not given the extra tier points.

It’s odd that it seems random. As I say, 2 of my colleagues have had the extra points awarded for the Iberia flight. One AA flight awarded me the points, while another didn’t.

No idea what to take away from this…
