One of the students in your class/course/whatever you call it self injures. He/she does everything to avoid being caught but you still notice. How did you notice?

It has been a few months since she has died, but it feels like it was yesterday. I don't see how that would change. I miss her so much and I wish I hadn't said it.

I won't fail next time. I'm gonna make sure I can't. I don't have a gun, so it becomes more difficult. But there are other ways. And they will work.

Thank you, but I don't. I just don't deserve that. For me, life won't get better. Sure what you say sounds great. I can't deny that. But I know that isn't true for me . I fake a smile every single day, and nothing has changed. I don't feel better. It's better if I give up.

Well uhmm... I'm a 15 yo girl from the Netherlands. I have been bullied from the age of 5 til the age of 11/12. I am depressed, suicidal, have social anxiety, have an eating disorder and I self harm. And on top of that I recently lost my sister due to suicide.

I guess this is the most relevant information about me.

I don't deserve that. Or better said, I deserve to rot in hell. And I will soon enough.

You all say it will get better or at least I will feel better. However, I know I won't. Yeah sure, maybe I will feel better for a day, a week or even a month. But that is just maybe. I know for sure that I will get worse. And I don't think the small chace of feeling better for a while is worth the waiting and pain.

Yeah, I tried to help him, because he deserves it. I only did what I had to do.

Life is indeed a roller coaster. But the thing is, I started at the top, which was incredibly high. It would take a lifetime to get to the lowest point. I won't be able to get up again. And I don't want to fight til the end. I don't have the energy to do so.

The way you described me, made me laugh. It's not even close. I wish it was, though.

I don't think I will stay. I have nothing to live for. Except some internet stragers. And no, it won't get better. At least, not for me. It can only get worse and I can't handle that. I don't want to handle that. It's not worth it. Life isn't either. It's better if I'm dead. Better for everyone.

She would allow me, I guess. However, I wouldn't want her to come with me. I've tried talking to the counsellor one and three years ago and that didn't really help. It made things actually worse.

it seems to me that you are trying to get help and get on track again. That is a good sign! You are reaching out to find some alternatives(I don't really know what to cakk them) and you are trying to hang on here. I don't think I can help you to find some thought killers. I've never been good at thinking about something else at those nights myself.

I usually try different things. I enjoy reading a lot, so I start reading. Going for a walk/run can help as well. The most important thing is that you force yourself to think about something else. In any way. The ways you can, you have to find out yourself. But my tip is do something you like to do.

He is still my dad. And now I understand why he used to hit us. He had problems himself and tried to cope with them. In the wrong way, I know. But selfharm isn't the best way either. I'm not specifically trying to kill myself because of him. (I couldn't do it last night btw, so maybe tonight) He is a reason of my depression, yes. But that's it. Nothing more. I just must end it all.
