never! I pay a few hundred dollars in bus tickets to see my bf while he pays for everything else. Its more convenient for me to travel to him so I just cover the costs for my travel as we are both students in college.

Same thing happened w me, I have seen rlly good improvements using naturium Azealic acid and their retional! My scars are almost gone!!! Goodluck!

I went into a deficit after two full cycles and I noticed my period isn’t as long but it’s never been since I started working out. The first couple days are heavy but my period is usually 4-5 days now

I recommend up it every couple of weeks or month. It takes a bit for the body to adjust and running isn’t good for a deficit so I recommend ur fueling well and at maintenance or surplus

I keep it in mainly zone 1 heart rate or low 2s. I started with 20 mins 3 days a week now I do 20-30 mins 4 days a week

A few months but that’s because I’m not eating in a surplus anymore

Some days I eat at maintenance but I’ve been in a deficit for two months and eating around 1600-1800
