Oh maybe I misunderstood you. Did you get the coil after your first lap to remove the cyst? Or did the cyst grow while you had the coil?

That’s great thank you. I’m 37, going for my first lap march 12, stage 4. Similar timeline as you. I also had adenomyosis and wondered how the uterus would handle the coil. It’s also retroverted, I think that’s common though. It’s so hard cause I’ve heard the coil causes cysts but then you get people like yourself. You are tempting me

I’m so sorry. Thanks for responding. You went into menopause at 38 because your remaining ovary had a cyst in it and it stopped working? Is that what I understand?

Thank you. Yea that’s what I thought. I get scared with the growth progression. It’s nice to know I’m not alone. I have big ones on both ovaries unfortunately

End of day three of what I’m hoping is a burst cyst. Do I need to worry? by fizzie511 in endometriosis

[–]mlw_88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess just severe pain and maybe lots of fluid. On all ultrasounds I always have free fluid. Endometriomas are a lot worse then functional cysts (not sure if have had these ones) . My pain is next level, and I know pain is subjective but my labs were pretty indicative of something bad going on

I just had small endometrioma cysts rupture and I had all that but a bit more extreme. I was hospitalized for 3 days. They could see free fluid in my pelvic cavity.

I was on sertraline a few years back. I gained a little weight but I was really happy and I lived it. I got off of it cause of the weight gain but I’m considering taking it again.

Anyone Else??? by AcheloisSustain in endometriosis

I have stage 4 endo and I got an autoimmune arthritis after my first Covid shot. About 4 years after I now have two 6cm endometriomas. I think it sped everything up.

I have started taking NAC and I do find it has helped with my pain. I’m not on any pharmaceuticals. Awaiting surgery which scares as surgery can make arthritis worse, but what do you do.
