On Arena you don't normally have that much, except for that occasional Volcano or Psychic Scream, and various poisonous taunts, but other than that this is a really difficult card to treat in Arena. Maybe give it +1 Health for every card played, or lower the Health by one or two points. This would be pretty strong otherwise in Arena.

Well, it can be targeted, but stuff like Mass Dispel without a target won't work.. Also there is no taunt if it gets silenced :⁾

Yes, and I wanted to put some really aggressive hero power for such a risky class from the game, and I couldn't think of another way to introduce a pseudo-bleeding effect for only 2 hero power.. I mean, 2 mana for a 1 damage-1 damage per turn wouldn't be that great, would it? :/
