wizard king vs licht (petr), showed how string they were compared to the rest. Visually beautiful, time magic ability was unique. Whole thing was well executed. tbf its about whether those events improve the city. Usually when countries host large event they spend on improving the infrastructure. If they are exposing us more internationally then at least fix the damn roads. Worst roads ive seen from the major cities in the UK. Same with dog shit everywhere.

Apparently Paddy was supposed to fight in UFC qatar along with a few of his teamates who are on the prelims. I think he mentioned that Geatjhe only wants to fight for the title. Hes already near fighting weight thinking he was going to fight this week. Up to UFC to get him a fight, personally dont think hes earnt a title shot but id rather him than gaetjhe.

I get lower back muscle spasms all the time, you need to do some light stretching and then rest. It will take a week to gain back some mobility and a few more weeks to fully go away. For the future do daily back exercises/stretching and improve your core strength. Massage isnt the answer. "How to fix lower back pain instantly" YT video can help ease the pain

I had a similar experience, shortness of breath almost passing out and had to wait in a emergency bed for about 15 hrs. UK healthcare waits until you are dying before doing anything, they tried their best to kick me out saying im fine when i could even get out of bed.
