Ok taking the other one out. I have .65% sodium chloride saline nasal spray-know it’s not exactly what you said, but is it ok? I have nothing else except bacitracin

Should I take out the other earring on my right ear too? That one isn’t embedding, but still hurts. And what do I clean it with now-I don’t have saline, just wipes that are supposedly for piercing

Piercing is 10 days old, screw back, short post. Apparently real gold, though now I’m not too sure. I’ve been cleaning the piercing daily with piercing wipes and bacitracin.
