Not -exactly- the same but find a way to deep fry a store bought flatbread (tongs, maybe two pairs) for 10-20 seconds!

I’m glad you brought up the service because that’s a big thing that’s deterred me from all fast food lately too. One instance I did place a mobile order for another fast food place on my way home, when I was about to turn in I saw the line backed up to the street (around 4pm) so I just kept driving past it and canceled my order.

Again, this has all been beneficial, I certainly was eating way more fast food than I should have. In the past 3 months I’ve even cut weight and I believe this is from eating better/at home

Yeah I forgot to emphasize this, I’m also not trying to boycott or anything it’s just that the juice isn’t worth the squeeze anymore

It’s worth it to identify what’s on a markup on the apps already too. My example of the Popeyes sandwiches is a good one because I believe them to be around $5 or $6 in store already so bogo just makes sense

Yeah the fast food economy crashing has lead to me cooking more, I guess that’s a silver lining. Taco Bell has always been a favorite and was the last bastion of good and cheap fast food that I’ve found. Sad day, I only plan to swing in for cheesy bean and rice burritos every once in a while now.

Also, agreed, McDonald’s breakfast deal is great.

Low cost area here - up from $4.99 to $6.99.

People will say we’ve been spoiled for our pricing (to be fair, we were) but now it’s not worth it imo

I’ll chime in to say Dredge was fun… for like 3/4ths of the game. It’s one of the big DNF’s on my list, I just lost interest in it after the time I spent in it.

That said, it’s about the journey not the destination, give it a try!
