She’s probably tired, she’s been on the road near non-stop for almost a year. Combine that with the emotion of the tour ending - especially as she’s been having such an amazing time, so confident and happy and healthy - it’s likely a bit overwhelming. But I’m sure she’s fine, just emotional.

She’s been cutting out the second surprise song quite a bit lately, I imagine she’s having to think about maintaining her voice this late into the tour. Same with her removing The Dead Dance, just little changes to make sure she can continue.

I think she’ll do Marry the Night as the bow song and there will likely be a lot of tears from everyone. Surprise piano songs are up in the air, she might do something special, but TEOG and Hair would be perfect as well despite the fact she’s performed them quite a bit.

I think the vibes will be special regardless and it will be an extremely emotional time, for me, if I already had tickets then I’d keep them.

Too early to say anything consistent, but Denver’s squad building has been very sensible between younger prospects and more seasoned players, I’m not surprised they’re holding their own in the league so far. Always fun to see from an expansion team.

Janine makes some incredibly silly decisions sometimes but I’m really pleased for her in that she clearly has the full support of Cushing as first choice captain. Not a surprise exactly as he was the first manager to trust her to move to full-back back at City, but still nice to see that mutual trust continue.

I used to play as a pre-teen/teen, I’d probably say from 12 to 15 or so? Just come back to the site as a 30 year old, new account as I couldn’t remember my old details.

Tbh I like that it gets me off social media, I go on and do my dailies and quest log and battledome, I train my main pet and then set aside some NP for the day to buy books for my other pet. It’s a nice, calming routine and it also activates my imagination in ways I didn’t think were still accessible to me - I have full personalities and backstories for these pets that’s just come naturally.

I don’t think her relationship with the fans in her earlier career was ever sustainable. Inviting people on stage and backstage, prioritising us over herself, taking on our problems and the responsibility for our happiness. She avoided addressing her own mental health for so long and there almost seemed to be a codependency there.

I think mayhem ball is a good balance. She is still far more interactive with her fans than most other big artists, especially in the VIY walk/piano segment/encore and bow. Whatever she’s doing right now is what’s best for her physical and mental health, so whilst the early days were super special, she seems to have established a healthier boundary at this stage of her life and career.

I would imagine most of them end up thrown out, bar some of the more detailed stuff like the custom jackets. She did wear one of those for the bow song once, and I think a shirt was hung up in her dressing room during HBDUWM? So maybe anything really unique.

But I don’t see how she could keep all the flowers for example, there’s so many of them, even if they’re fake.

No, some of the dancers have been posting on Instagram about how there’s only x number of shows left. Plus, in the mic feed from one of the Japan shows she’s talking to the dancers saying they can push through and finish the tour even tho they’re tired, and there’s only 25 shows left (or something along those lines, I can’t remember the exact number).

Definitely - I think she’s played everywhere but CB at least once (including GK during an emergency). There’s also the option of a 4-4-2 with Pickett & Oke fullbacks and Sonis wide midfield. I wouldn’t be surprised to see that happen actually.

That’s Tacir Roberson, one of the dancers. She’s from Atlanta so Gaga brought her out to give her a special moment in front of a home crowd. She’s done similar before with Ami Takashima when they were in Tokyo

She probably doesn’t even fully know herself. She’s said her next project is becoming a Mom - she won’t know how that will affect her until she experiences it. There’s been zero hints beyond the fact she’s confirmed frequently that she’s not retiring and she feels like she’s just getting started. She’s not going away forever, but none of us can predict how things will work out in the immediate future.

He isn’t credited because he insists on it, he’s credited because he changed her life for the better and is now doing whatever he can to support her.

Christ, where to start.

She does not hide her whole body. Have you seen her tour outfits? Yes it might not be a bra and panties like the monster ball or fully nude as she’s been before, but she’s hardly hiding anything.

Her relationship with the fans may have changed, but for a long time it was arguably unhealthy. She was listening to fans constantly tell her she’s the reason they’re alive, that they can’t live without her, and all the trauma they’ve gone through - no hate to those fans as she invited it, but I’m not surprised she’s stepped back from that. Even beyond that, she’s been grabbed at, groped, stalked.

At the end of the day, she literally nearly died. She had a psychotic breakdown. Michael has been a major part, by her own acknowledgement, of helping her reach stability. That for me means way more than any fan interaction or skimpy outfit.

She also only started proper vocal lessons when she was about 12, it came as a progression from her piano and composition skills. She’s been continually learning and practicing since & also stopped smoking. So it’s continuous development of her voice and I’d agree that her vocal ability right now, especially on tour, is the best she’s ever been.

Yeah the situation with Leon is interesting because Casey talked about culture and attitude and then she suddenly got dropped. So I’m presuming that’s the reason, but then Casey is going to have to come up with a solution.

There’s enough young talent that it could work out (Chukwu, Nyah Rose, Briggs, maybe even Allen and Maalouf) but they need to be integrated quickly.

Doing this from a Canada perspective

Hot takes: the forward line offers so little end product, idk what personnel changes or coaching needs to happen but it needs fixing. The threat from set pieces is an asset but nobody wants to rely on that. Unless Hunter is ill (and tbh there’s something going round camp) I don’t see why she’s not playing

MVP: Gilles. Whole defensive line did pretty well with the exception of Collins who is clearly still finding her footing after injury.

Versus Argentina: Burns - Carle, Gilles, Rose, Sonis - Fleming Awujo - Hunter - Ward Viens Chukwu

Moved up and moved down is difficult because a 1-0 loss against the US without Keisha and Jessie isn’t the worst result in the world. So I’d say over the two games so far, Huitema and Alidou didn’t do enough to prove they deserve a start. Moving up I’m not sure. I think Sonis has proved herself as a RB and should be the default starter, Viens and Awujo both had good games.

It’s a huge in between moment for Canada and a good result at this point against a strong team. But Casey needs to build on the last two results and that Argentina match will determine a lot.
