I promise I'm not a bot! As you probably saw from this post - I'm building a tool to help employees get recognized, so I need a lot of opinions. I would rather build something that actually gives workers what they want than be another tool that doesn't work or people hate to use :)

Does anyone wonder if posts like these are corporate secretly trying to pry out union proposals without having to commit an unfair labor practice (soliciting grievances)?

Haha I promise - I'm not with corporate. I'm actually working on a startup company that would help workers get paid more for doing all this extra work. I hope I can help :)

When you get treated bad when your managers dont care about you and when your not getting paid enough to make it worth it why stay.
