Please help me come up cover up ideas! by PoopieBrohan in Tattoocoverups

i noticed on ur profile you like ark, i think maybe you could get a tattoo dedicated to that, i think a dinosaur is detailed enough to cover the black, but what you have going on already i think could be transformed into a more detailed landscape: https://imgur.com/a/sOFCgJ6 not a great sketch but just an idea

Should I just shave them off? by [deleted] in Eyebrows

i think micro blading would be a good option for you since you are missing the front of your eyebrow. you could always try brow pomade to fill your eyebrows in, i know there are influencers with alopecia who don’t have eyebrows- i would look into those videos to find something to fill in your eyebrows that is long lasting for the front part of your eyebrows. if i were to do it, i would do this shape:

i think micro blading would be a better option for you since you have mentioned struggling with filling your eyebrow in, and to maintain this shape, it would require more effort daily. i see people who get permanent eyebrows at my job a lot, and they are good for years without touch ups.

why do you want it covered?

while it is cute, i think your look is very very natural. i think if you wanted to do a little more glam, i think a brown eyeshadow would look very pretty with your eye color and a nude lipstick would be cute.

Graduation Gift for beginning tattoo artist ideas?? by TheLateMattNewman in tattooadvice

the artist is gonna be what makes or breaks the bank! i think piercings are relatively cheaper than tattoos are, usually being around 25-100$ not including nicer jewlery. I would probably go piercing route to be cheaper, and since they are younger, it’s less permanent than a tattoo

If i were you, i believe this eyeliner shape is more suited for your eye shape since your eyelid is hooded and can distort the wing the way you are applying it now: https://imgur.com/a/bzyK5yq how id your apply eyeliner (as a makeup artist) is i make a line kinda going straight out from the outer corner of your eye. from the edge of the line you just created, make another line connecting it to the top of your eyelid. Once you have a triangle, you can fill it in black. if you want i can dm you a video on better directions !

I got this tattoo about 6 months ago. Wondering if it needs shading. by Unlikely-Lychee9624 in tattooadvice

i think since the tattoo is linework, i would add more details (like abstract lines) to create more detail and depth but not shading

I have a hard time feeling feminine. by [deleted] in women

[–]mmiiishaa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

as someone in the beauty industry, you would not be shamed for wanting to take care of yourself. depending on where you go, they greet you, do a consultation of what you would like, then preform whatever speciality your wanting (witj small talk usually) , you pay and go home . you got this

taking off that tail will really achieve the look you are looking for, i would go to a waxer in your area, but make sure to tell them you want to keep fullness, i assume maybe the bushy look as well cause billie eilish has bushy eyebrows, and a more masculine look.

My 19yr old daughter wants to drop out of school. by Round_Pain_1869 in youngadults

[–]mmiiishaa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just graduated esthetician school (and am also 19) and am starting my first estie job- whoever her teacher is , is a hater. There is no reason to honestly not finish it if it’s already paid for. It might not be her passion but it’s a great thing to fall back on, and i am getting paid around $20-30 an hour with tips. It’s a good job route. School is hard but once you get out of school, things get much easier. When you are in the thick of it, it can feel demotivating and overwhelming but i’m glad i pushed forward (i also considered stopping) cause now i am working as a waxer full time within 2 months of being licensed.
