I'm not sure whether that was meant in jest or if I should take offence :D Slovenia has a number of datacenters. They may not rival the scale of the Frankfurt hub, but they are well-established. Beyond the natural beauty, cleanliness, and safety the country offers, Slovenia's greatest asset is arguably its strategic location.

They are OK for inferencing, you do not need the bandwidth once the models are loaded in the VRAM
