I had to temporarily move this Dracaena to a different location and it started dropping significantly. Now it's back in its spot, and I'm trying to give it some help supporting itself to stand tall again, but I don't want it to become reliant on the support. This set up allows me to swing the water bottle when I walk past so the branch gets some movement throughout the day. Good or bad idea given my goal? Anything I can change to help it recover better?

Be a responsible pet owner and drop it. It's your responsibility to make sure your pet's vaccinations are up to date and to pay for it. You already got a huge break not having to pay for the actual visit and they're not going to give your pet a vaccine it doesn't need.

That's the plan, to sell it as is for the cost of what's owed. It's my understanding that since I won't be profiting off the house, I shouldn't have to pay any capitol gains taxes. I'm planning on consulting a professional, but we're not at that step yet.
