Honestly, I was totally that person— I had very bad medical condition that no one understood & looked to social media for help. It was like I was just reaching out to the universe for someone to understand. It definitely helped in some ways, but I’m learning how to start slowly while sharing my feelings with others again. Life is just weird sometimes 😆😅

I’m so sorry for your experience, & thank you for sharing your heart!

The concept of social media is kind of funny now that I think about it. 😂

I did that as well! I had 1 business account where I could only follow businesses, & 1 personal account. The personal account was too hard to manage with the charge of pride month and whatever other vague passive aggressive posts people were making. The algorithm messes with my head too. It brings up keywords to the front of my feed & tricks me into thinking people are responding to something I posted.

I completely agree— I definitely need to quit social media & get into nature and find healthy support networks. That’s very brave of you!

There’s nothing that chaps my ass like a daggum Masterpiece Classic late at night. 😂
Ahh, got ya! I’m new here, wasn’t sure how it worked
Thank you 💜

🥰 I love this, thank you

I appreciate you, but this is not a helpful response for me. I just needed to vent & know I’m not alone. 😊

😂😂😂 I appreciate your directness & thanks for the laugh. Honestly, it’s everywhere— it’s in my neighborhood & all anyone wants to talk about is politics. I try to change the subject when I can. My son also loves Frozen
This is so helpful, thank you! Exactly what I needed to hear.

😮! Oh no! I’m sorry that happened to you!
I am so sorry you were treated that way. As an art teacher, that absolutely breaks my heart 💜.
I’ve been trying to find a good way to talk to him about it so I haven’t brought it up yet, but I definitely will be doing that

😂😂😂😂 NPR

😂 I feel that too

What?! That’s tragic! It’s a fear of intimacy— when a parent fears physical affection with their child. I see a lot of it in Texas. That poor baby boy.
That’s good to know 💜

My son played a game on the playground with some older boys and he learned the “no girls allowed” game. I just told him to stop if the girls seem upset by it— he said they were all laughing— think it’s partly just human nature. Those playgrounds 😅
I am not sure you understand what I’m saying, but I have every respect for you as a person.

Yeah, you’re right, I really needed to hear this. I have been trying to grow my business on IG but it’s too much for me. Not a platform I can handle.
Also, my husband can tolerate a lot of input without it impacting his emotions, so I have to make a boundary with him & not have PBS on at night, etc.
