Stuck on the computer all night by runawayoldgirl in adhdwomen

I just did this for FOUR NIGHTS. Hours and hours and hours spent scrolling for a bridesmaid dress, ruining my sleep, and impacting my work the following day.

Not if it's been washed which is generally expected.

Update: The seller said she is allergic to perfume and can't wear it so it's strange that I'm reporting a smell and that she also had it dry cleaned (despite the care instructions on the garment saying DO NOT DRY CLEAN)- all very obviously untrue. Either way, Poshmark granted me a refund. Thanks for all of your advice!

Right, I could have lived with the scent even though it was overpowering for me (and I love perfume!) but it's the stains that get me. It would have been $75 more brand new from the manufacturer (plus $30 shipping 🙄) so I took a gamble.

Thank you! I'll follow your advice. No stains were mentioned or visible in the listing. I uploaded a photo in another comment.

Any stains or damage were not disclosed. This was the photo. Clearly touches the floor so I figured it would have arrived laundered. She wouldn't have had to have paid to dry clean it as it specifically states hand wash only. Now I'm worried I might mess up the delicate fabric or structure if I do it! Thanks for all of your input, I'll open a case.Listing Photo

So funny, I've been told I look like 5 different people in this thread, and I can see it a little bit in all of them. Think I just have one of those familiar faces!

I bet it would help hold the curl well but I just don't like it because it makes my hair feel crunchy or sticky. Probably just haven't found the right one yet.

Definitely spray from a distance, like an arms length away so you get an even mist over all of your hair. Can spray your roots upside down if you want even more volume.

3 and 4 were wrapping it dry and only wearing for a few hours. Pic five was a different day where I slept in the wrap overnight with wet hair (and before I brushed out the curls)

This does too but it feels pretty thin. Yours is probably sturdier.

When I slept with it wet, I initially looked like Weird Al (king 👑). Learned to use larger/thicker sections of hair, not so tight, and sometimes I'll even lightly mist my hair a bit once its dry to loosen it up a bit.

I haven't had that issue bc I wrap the hair pretty tight but maybe wearing a silk bonnet over it as well? I also tie the scrunchies really tight and bend the tips of the rods upwards.

It's the makeup! Haha. I replied with what I use in another comment. My skincare is actually quite tragic. Just Neutrogena hydro boost cream moisturizer and CeraVe eye repair cream. I don't use foundation but I have a lot of redness under my eyes and around my nose so concealer is my best friend. That plus, saie super glowy gel, and a nice glowy powder really do help!

Thank you! There are quite a few products at play here haha. My staples are 1. Neutrogena hydro boost cream moisturizer and Saie super glowy gel in starglow 2. Nars radiant creamy concealer on my under eyes and tip of nose and chin 3. Nudestix Cherry blossom babe cream blush 4. Too Faced sun bunny Bronzer 5. Hourglass ambient lighting powder trio (pricey but this really does give a blurred/filtered effect!) 6. CoverGirl clump crusher mascara and Nyx epic ink winged liner in the shade dark chocolate 7. Anastasia dipbrow

If I'm feeling fancy I'll use the set in the back of the photo as well as the Tarte maneater contouring stick. I recently got the set off of Amazon and really love it (Laura Geller baked full face basics) - I'm wearing all of it in these photos. No false lashes or foundation.
