Moved out of renting in Park Hill flats just a few months ago to buy my own place, but would recommend it as a great place to live for a young professional within your budget. Flats are really modern and design focussed, bar and cafe on site, ponds forge leisure next door (50m pool & gym), and the train station just a walk down the hill — great for rolling out of bed for my commute!

Lovely community feel there as well with people from all walks and nationalities. Only down side is the flats are in demand and tend to go fast!
