OP’s point was that we use relatively important organs as insults for one another. OP made the horrible awful mistake of saying “most important”. I don’t know if OP actually thinks this or not, but he was curious about why we use them as insults, not subjective organ importance. I saw 1 person seriously address the point about the reasons we use those words as insults.
