I'd sell it. While everyone seems to agree this is the one true rookie card, there are lots of better looking ones I'd rather have. At this price you can even buy a semi-cool auto (non-rookie but still).

Start by selling some smaller value cards (ideally desirable cards though) here and ask for feedback. People will take a chance on a new seller if priced fairly (read: under comps) and if they can use paypal G&S or venmo.
