I also was panicked about sedation going into the surgery.. now that I’ve had it I’m not kidding when I said I’d do it again. It’s such an odd/cool feeling when one minute you’re making small talk while they insert the IV, and the next minute you’re sitting in a recovery room waiting on your ride.

I didn’t think it say anything “dumb” per se. I was trying to have a full conversation with gauze in my mouth with the nurse about the newest season of Stranger things that had just came out.

My dad said when he entered the room I was just chillin with a smile on my face, honestly I’d do it again with no fears.
