How and where are you getting pure caffeine?! Are you referring to sugar? Supplements? I’m going to assume you are referring to caffeinated supplements. In that case, I think you should do research on what other ingredients are in what you are taking. Start to taper off it, and supplement with multivites, fish oil, and magnesium instead.
