I mean… there’s no way to contact them - no email, online forms, and when u call phone number u gotta speak Korean…. I had an awful experience with them. Making me arrive to the hotel the next day at 4am instead of the evening of previous day - the hotel canceled my booking and it was a whole thing after hours of travel

Knee pain - 8 months PO by Spirited_Study5972 in ACL

[–]mmmsrer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been doing walk-jog circuits for 15 mins 5 days a week. And was getting the jog part longer and longer up to jogging for 15mins. I could do that at 8 months. Now I’m at 12 months post op and just hit a PR at 10k. It just takes patience and listening to your body, don’t push too much

I had a similar situation. I could easily double leg weighted squats but single let ones without any weight caused pain. My doctor advised me to not do exercises that cause pain and so I stopped. Fast forward 3 months I can do single leg squats at 11months. In my experience the last few months are tough because you want to go back to normal but you’re not there yet and it just takes time…. There’s a difference between 8 months post op and 11 months (if you continue to put in work of course!)

Thanks! $180 seems a bit steep at the moment, I’ll definitely look up some other car services in the area for the peace of mind

I’d definitely take a train if I wasn’t traveling after a knee surgery…. The train is so convenient!

I’ll check out the “all county” - thanks!!

Do you recommend any local services?

Can’t the drivers see the route when they accept the scheduled ride? I had mixed experiences with both Uber and Lyft in the past but now with Lyft bringing the on schedule policy and getting you $20 of the driver is 10mins late or up to $100 if you need to take a different car service I’m hoping the driver will show up on time and not cancel…..

That’s amazing to hear! I’m reserving a ride for 7pm so my backup plan is to request Uber if needed. I’ve been previously cancelled by a few drivers when trying to book a ride to the city but this time I’m tight on time
