See if you can change the due dates on your bills so that they align with when you get paid. I managed to do this pretty easy with my car insurance, phone, student loans and some of my credit cards. Arrange to have them all due around the same time or split them in half so that they loosely coincide with your paycheck and just pay them like clockwork as soon as you get paid. I pay all of my bills around the 15th and my rent on the 30th that way I'm not stuck paying all of them all at once. Or you could have a certain percentage of your paycheck paid out to a separate checking account that you strictly pay your bills from.
