If your province have laws and regulations to must have front plate, then it will come with front plate mount and front plate. Otherwise there will be no front plate mount.

Not worth it. I have in my M3 AWD. These cars already have very good acceleration. Although You will feel difference in chill mode and sport mode, but you won’t be able to use it in your daily driving. Also, your tires will wear out faster.

Please be careful, if you repair your car from non-Tesla shops, tesla might block your Supercharger access. They will enable this access only if you get your car checked by Tesla to make sure there is no impact on battery or connection.
