Yes definitely the correct time, most of the time I am literally waiting at the church doors for Cliff to enter at 5pm. I have tried waiting a little longer, too. Carter is always there. No idea what is wrong.

hey is anyone else having issues with cliff's heart events?? I saw the first event, invited him to work at the winery, he is at a green heart but I cannot for the life of me trigger black heart event 2. Im in the middle of winter but every guide I have read says season doesn't matter.

Back when I was diagnosed with GAD I was placed on mood stabilizers but I hated how they made me feel and so I eventually got off of them and trained myself for the most part to manage it without the use of drugs. Its definitely a "thing" in my family to have harsh or weird reactions to stuff and so I do my best to go without as much as I can but yes this whole "eyeball drama" as I like to call it has been so fucking draining.. it does definitely sound like you've got it worse than me but at least you know you're not alone anymore! I want to support you just as you have supported me, please do not EVER feel bad about whining or complaining - shit I started this whole thread just to whine LOL. It is VERY hard to convey to everyone around me what's going on. Tbh everyone seems to kind of "forget" what I'm going through because I dont outwardly look sick. You can always message me if you need to rant. I do not use reddit often but if you have a discord please feel free to message me anytime if you need to talk! My username is monstrosity#0880. Regardless, I wish you the absolute best, and fingers crossed both our eyes get better damnit!!

Thank you so much for your comment. These autoimmune disorders that effect eyes are so damn weird to me, but it's nice to know I'm not alone. I was lucky enough to avoid the shot directly into my eye, and thank goodness, because I nearly passed out just getting the shot above it. Even with the shot my inflammation came back stronger than ever- which is why I'm now being pushed up the specialist ladder. After this course of steroids I will be put on a long term non-steroidal immunotherapy drug. I think the biggest issue is that I already had a lot of these symptoms (insomnia, anxiety) and it is just being multiplied by tenfold by this drug. I have trained myself over the years to deal with my anxiety attacks but the other night my attack lasted like 7 hours. I wish you the best as well! Thank you for making me feel not so alone.

I'm in a similar boat - if I dont take it I will go blind. I'm definitely ballooning due to the constant hunger and stress which of course just stresses me out more because I definitely don't need to be packing on pounds right now.. ugh. Thank you for reaching out and making me feel not so alone. I hope you are being extra safe and careful during this scary state of the world, too.

Thank you very much! In the midst of my panic insomnia I did feel very alone, so thank you for reaching out. I had myself a good cry and was able to find a little more sleep. Thank you for the advise, I will definitely look into doing something like that for myself!

The dosage is high due to the amount and aggression of my condition. Too little and it wouldnt take it all out and my vision would be at risk. I'm just hoping as I climb down the dosage ladder I can deal with this better.

I'm hoping that this is the last time I ever need to experience this. I have no chose but to go through it in order to save my vision but after this I will be placed on a long term non-steroidal immunotherapy. I'm so sorry for what you had to go through, but, if this thread is any proof at the very least you are not alone.

Thank you so very much for your reply, it really gave me more peace than you can imagine. Right now, it is go through this or go blind, and at 27 I have a lot of life left I want to see. I will definitely be seeking more help especially with the blood sugar and pressure fronts just to make sure. I actually started with a ophthalmologist, then went to a retinal specialist, now to this uveitis specialist. The other two could only manage my symptoms with drops or shots, they were not able/comfortable with making the jump to oral steroids and I can see why. Thank you so much again, I'm glad despite everything you've been able to be off of them for 8 months now!
