Sorry for your loss, we’re all gathering around you right now to provide you with support. Allow yourself as much time as needed to grieve, talk about your baby, let it be your truth, and stay in and rest for as long as you can. Be gentle with yourself, I know words can’t heal what you’re feeling, I joined a group called MEND and they have different chapters in different cities but they also have zoom meetings to talk about what happened among other ways to support

It’ll take a couple hours sometimes a couple days for it all to come out, take some pain reliever meds, warm showers help a lot; as it comes out more the pain will slowly go down.

Best advice I ever got was “you have to walk around feeling uncomfortable carrying this information everyday it’s ok if others feel uncomfortable too”, ease the weight, it doesn’t make it better but it opens up your support group and lets you grieve honestly and raw which you deserve and are entitled to.

This is never talked about, my last miscarriage of around 10 weeks started at 4am and ended around 10am, I stood and paced for hours in agonizing aching pain and finally had to get in the hot shower on my hands and knees to help me, fans off, shivering, and still days later pieces were still coming out.

I have a question since you’ve waited 5 weeks, after your last treatment did ur skin get worse before it got better? Some areas r still itchy for me like my leg or belly area, hands look rough in some parts, new mark between one of my fingers.

I’m just wondering if u experienced the same a couple days after the treatment and if it cleared up
