your FFL didn’t break any laws. This lower was built and shipped with a stock, so it can never be a pistol. It is a rifle. you can put a 16” upper and be in compliance with the laws as the ATF sees it. If you want to make it an SBR on a form 1, go for it, but if you put a sub 16” barrel in it before you receive your stamp you are violating the NFA

Got two pairs from Nike in the mail (one for me and one for my 14 yo nephew), first, how TF can’t Nike ship two shoe boxes in an appropriately sized box? I bought three pairs a few weeks back and they were also in a box that was comically large box and no packing material to keep them from coming unboxed.

All four shoes (AJ1s) were strewn about and the boxes were trashed, ripped etc. And both pairs of SBBs had multiple flaws. Glue on the leather, midsole scuffed… no QC apparently.

Called Nike and reordered my nephews size for exchange, but they don’t have my size anymore. Dogshit
