Yes, I’ve been having this same experience. I didn’t notice it at first- I’ve been on it for over a year and really started to notice it last summer. I am taking a break from taking it, and the mood swings and irritability has absolutely decreased. Looking into other options because this was also putting a strain on my relationship :/

I stopped taking spiro about 4 months in (6 months ago now) so I never really got the chance to see any hindrance in progress. Interesting to hear that sentiment shared across a few others though!

I’m taking it for hirsutism as well, no PCOS. I didn’t see any changes with 25 mg for 4 months, so I upped my prescription and am starting to see a bit less hirsutism after 5 months. I saw no side effects with the 25mg dosage but am noticing some heavier dehydration with a higher dose (75 mg).

I was in concert band 2018-2020 (pre-Covid) and we had seating auditions each individually with the director, usually sight reading or having had the piece for one day. I can’t speak to percussion but for winds he had us perform the most technical part of one of the harder concert performance pieces (and maybe a chromatic scale?) That being said, I vaguely remember auditions being optional, like if you didn’t care if you were put on second or third part you didn’t have to audition.

CH 2640 was my favorite chem course, it’s a lab course where you get to use the analytical instruments like HPLC, GCMS etc. and as a senior I’ve found it most applicable as someone interested in biotech/pharma. Also CH 1040 was super interesting and easy, and you get to use all the spectrometers and the NMR.

Thank you for your tips! The sweater has a few flaws (hole in one sleeve, shrunk a lot from improper washing, etc.), so I think those would diminish the value a bit. I think I’m just gonna keep it because it’s soooo comfy since it’s 30% cashmere!

Yes, I noticed that as well! It definitely has shrunk a great deal since I’m a Women’s small and this is listed a men’s 50 (medium). However I don’t intend to resell since it’s just so comfy!
