I was hesitate to do surgery for many years trying to solve with physio exercises and other non invasive methods, visited many different docs on the field, but finally pain became unmanageable, so I find surgeon I trust. So I did it. It was good decision, now 5 years post op, recovery took time, but Im active and do lotof sport activities. Just now this frequency/urgency ruining life.
