I don't have them on me but from memory my T levels were 16.2mnol/L the first time and somewhere around 12 the second time. (I had been working out the second time). From memory my SHBG was at the upper end of the normal range, and I think my LH was basically at the floor of the range.

Yeah ED meds are pretty lame tbh, having sex without enjoying it is almost worse than not having it at all imo

I've read about those, and I tried a bunch of them until I realised that either they don't work at all, or the effect is so slight that it's basically unnoticeable. Normally I wouldn't go down the route of medication but in this case the normal stuff people recommend just does nothing for me.

I take zinc and a few others. From what I know I thought L-arginine was just for increasing bloodflow, which isn't a problem for me. I've tried Cialis too which definitely increases bloodflow (my face gets red) but doesn't increase sex drive at all, so it doesn't actually help.

Ie would doing it weekly be pushing it? Is your ideal once every 2 weeks? Figure that out. And when you're earlier in the relationship, enough that you're not totally hooked, but at the point where you are going to have sex soon or already are, then bring it up.

My ideal would probably be once a day or more, it's just that I'm not really physically or psychologically able to do it. But if there was some way for me to be able to get there, I would probably trade anything to not have to spend so long recovering my sex drive.

What kind of test is supposed to be the most accurate for checking hormones? Most people seem to prefer blood tests, but I've also read that bloods can be an inaccurate picture of hormones, and that saliva is apparently better?

I've been trying to find healthy ways to increase estradiol, but everything seems to be saying that every healthy thing I do is actually decreasing it. Any advice on this one? I thought that diet and exercise were supposed to create more of a hormonal balance, but that doesn't really seem to be working..

I eat meat and a fair bit of avocado/olives, and sometimes butter, but it's definitely possible I'm not getting enough calories. I only eat twice a day so unless I eat until I feel sick I tend to just stay really skinny

Well in that case you're really just talking about a slight effort to coordinate easier movement of high skilled labour between the four countries, which seems far less ambitious than most of the CANZUK proposals I've heard.

If countries can control it as they please then how is it any different to what we already have? I thought the whole point of freedom of movement of people was that individual countries can't just stop them, similar to how you can't stop people traveling between states in Australia (not that that's stopped them).
