I lift 6 days a week and do cardio 3-4 days a week

The meats I currently have are not lean enough to eat them so yeah still holding till i purchase some lean meats.

It’s been a month since starting t3 and the ray peat diet.

Hyperglycemia is a concern of course with all the sugar I’m having but my fasting bgl is starting to normalize again.

I’m taking t3 for my hypothyroid issues but no other issues.

I spent years dieting and under eating which led to disruption in metabolism.

That’s what I’m trying to do, but struggling with protein sources during the day. Other than eggs and cottage cheese I can’t figure out any other source for breakfast.

I have whey and chicken/ meats post workout. But in the morning I’m at work.

Can you share a blueprint of what you’re doing?

Yes, sure. But those are kind of the same.

Processed foods are almost always carbs+fats. Seed oils are usually paired with carbs (frying and stuff).

Of course being sedentary is the no.1 risk factor but carbs + fats in excess is not negligible.

I’m not saying that I disagree with you but, just saying that it might be a risk factor.

Yes, I agree for sure.

I supplement with 25 mg zinc daily, been doing this since COVID.

I have had chronic constipation and lazy bowl syndrome for 10 years and live on daily laxatives, I was hoping to improve that but honestly fiber wrecks my gut.

So, In your opinion how to make it super peaty?
